Five things to see/do in Mexico City:
 The zocalo (central square) of Mexico City is an attractive historic square (one of the largest in the world) which boasts several notable buildings. The streets to the west of the zocalo are filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars.
 The National Palace (Palacio Nacional), the official residence of Mexican presidents, is a good place to learn about the country’s history and view some great murals by Diego Rivera.
 The beautiful neo-classical Palacio de Bellas Artes, has a wide range of art and murals from both Mexico and abroad, including special exhibits.
 The Frida Kahlo Museum (Museo Frida Kahlo) – also known as “la Casa Azul” – offers a glimpse into the everyday life of the famous Mexican painter and her husband Diego Rivera. The museum is located in the Coyacan neighborhood of the city.
 The National Museum of Anthropology (Museo Nacional de Antropologia) is one of the biggest of its kind in the world, with a wide variety of archaeological items on display in over 20 exhibition halls.
